Refund policy

FOR ONLINE PRINT PURCHASES THROUGH WEBSITE:

  • Happiness Guarantee - If you are not happy with your print, email patricia@moodyharveson.com within 7 days of receiving it to arrange a return.
  • Damaged Print - Prints are carefully packaged so damage is unusual. However, if your print is damaged during shipping, please take photos of the packaging and print damage and email them to patricia@moodyharveson.com within 7 days of receipt to request a replacement.

FOR PAINTING PURCHASES THROUGH GALLERIES:

  • Email patricia@moodyharveson.com about any problems and she will help you resolve the issue.
  • Purchases made through galleries are subject to their return policies. Please contact the gallery if you have questions.
